We're in!
No pictures yet, but we signed off on the house Friday. We have the keys. We have the garage door openers. We have started painting.
Okay, Donna has started painting.
We had some furniture delivered today (Saturday). A new sofa. And a new bedroom set (headboard, footboard, night tables).
Oh... and there's toilet paper in every bathroom! We're in!

Which colors? Where? That's a lot of house to paint...
In the Office we are using a modern mix of blues and browns with a metallic touch of chrome. The rest of the house will be "Old World" shades of yellow, red and green.
However, our new sofa is brown corduroy, not exactly old world, but I will make it work!!

What are you guys going to do with that back slope (the immediate slope behind the house)? Ice plant? I love that really vibrant fuschia stuff. There was a house on Del Obispo that had it, and every day when the sun was shining on it, the colors were BLAZING. Does anyone else remember that hillside? It was at the turn where you would start going towards the ocean on Del Obispo, just outside of SJC city limits.
Still no pictures, huh? We're dying here! Give us the pictures!!!!!
